Troubleshooting Solution of MP4 Player

1.Automatic shutdown

If your mp4 use chip program action,you can use windows own tool to choose fat format.Or if it is use sigmatel chip program,re-set on mp3 firmware.
6.The lyrics can not be displayed or show only part
This problem always due to file name contains the lyrics @,% and other special symbols,what should you do it delete it.And now,lyrics only support “lrc” lyrics file format,you should attention it.And the file name lyrics and songs need the same,only the format is different,just like:Dark-du.lrc, dark-du.mp3.
7.When you want to pull out it from PC,it prompt that “it can not stop Generic volume device,Please wait a moment and then stop the device”.You should see whether the player’s file running,if there has stopped,you need see if there is no procedure is called the document player;inspection whether the related process has stopped.
